Processing time:

Orders within Germany are free of charge from € 50. If your purchase is less than € 50, you pay a shipping cost of € 4.99.

When shipping to other EU countries, you pay a share of the shipping costs

€ 13.99. The shipment will be done with DHL.

The time it takes to get an item ready for shipping varies from item to item, usually in 1-3 working days. You can find more details in the respective article details.

Customs and import fees:

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges incurred. If there are any delays due to customs, I have no influence on this.

Returns:

The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Under the menu item "Cancellation Policy" you will find further information on returns as well as a sample cancellation form to fill out. We must have this form sent to you within 14 days of receipt of the goods in order to process your return in good time.

We ask for your understanding that the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We recommend insured shipping. This allows us to track your return and you are insured by the shipping service provider in the event of a loss.
